Shipping Policy

At White Oak Cigars LLC, we strive to deliver your premium cigars quickly, securely, and in full compliance with all applicable laws.
1. Shipping Restrictions
At this time we are only shipping products to addresses within the state of Texas. Please contact us for questions regarding shipping to your state.

Orders placed with a delivery address in any other these state will be canceled and refunded.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

All shipments require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery, per federal law.
2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, or inclement weather.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using carriers authorized to transport premium cigars, typically UPS or FedEx.

Adult Signature Required service will be automatically applied to all orders.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery time varies based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please note:

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

An adult (21+) must be available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Contact us within 3 business days of receipt (or expected delivery date for lost packages).

Provide photos of any damaged items and packaging.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send replacements or process a refund.
7. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Ensure that the delivery address is correct and that an adult (21+) is available to sign for the package.

Be aware of and comply with all tobacco-related laws in their jurisdiction.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of tobacco products, all sales are final.
We’re not responsible for shipping issues due to address errors or missed deliveries. If your item arrives damaged, email us photos immediately so we can file begin a claim.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, email us at marketing@niceashtx.com — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If it’s been over 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t heard from us, reach out at marketing@niceashtx.com.
